Kelly’s Article in MacLean’s

I’m honoured to have my essay about my sister appear in the March issue of Maclean’s, as part of their Before You Go series. The article is a letter to my sister, sick with terminal cancer, which highlights the beauty of family and the challenge of regrets. A writer to her dying sister: ‘We tell[…]

Everyday Heroes: Inspirational Stories of Men and Women in the Canadian Armed Forces

Recently, I was lucky to visit The Morning Show on Global with Editor, Jody Mitic, to chat with Jeff and Carolyn about Everyday Heroes: Inspirational stories from men and women in the Canadian Armed Forces, which just released with Simon & Schuster Canada on 24 October. The book is already a Canadian bestseller!!!

Not only did we have a great time on the show, but it was a wonderful chance to showcase this important book that gives Canadians insight into the life of our soldiers and veterans, who are gracious, humble, and fierce (as Jody would say!). I hope you enjoy and buy the book. You can also read more about the tour and book at EverydayHeroesBook.ca
